Took a break from my commission today to whip this out. Since I finally broke down and bought a GameCube and "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess," I had another crossover idea. All I gotta say is, poor Issun. Nobody respects the artists, do they?
35 hours spent on "Okami" and I'm searching for the whirlpool on N. Rioshima Coast.
5 hours spent on "Twilight Princess" and I'm in the Forest Temple.
Yeah, I suck but I LOVE these two games.
Medium: Micron ink pen (which is now DEAD) and colored pencil
Date Completed: January 1, 2007
Okami Amaterasu and Issun the Wandering Artist are (c) Clover Studios
Okami Rinku and Midna are (c) Nintendo
Art is (c) Dancing Cavy Productions
Very nice. x)
I've seen a couple of Okami/Twilight Princess crossovers - heck, I finished my own today! Nothing but pity for Issun.

It might make more sense if you were familiar with both games.
In "Okami," Amaterasu (the white wolf) has a tag-along named Issun. He's a pint-sized artist who's a bit lecherous. He's constantly being mistaken for a bug. Honestly, he looks like one. His hat has 'antennae' on it and he is often hopping around on Ammy's head. Which reminds me a bit of a flea.
In "Twilight Princess," Link has a tag-along named Midna. She seems to be a bit of a joker (at least as far as I've gotten).
This is also slightly based on my previous "Okami"/"TP" crossover where Ammy hits on Link (although the characters' designs are changed). The love is unrequited and so Midna makes a snide comment.
I dunno, maybe it's not really that funny--especially if I have to explain it. But I drew it anyway.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Non-anime artist for mediocrity!
